product care

Our shoes are crafted using high-quality artisanal techniques and carefully sourced materials. To help preserve their original qualities, we recommend treating them with care, both during wear and while in storage. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹Avoid excessive contact with water, if your shoes do get wet, gently pat them dry with a soft, dry cloth or tissue, do not rub, and allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area.

Care Guide:

Nappa Sheepskin:

Gently wipe off any dust residue with a soft, dry cloth or tissue. If slightly dirty, use damp cloth or tissue to gently wipe the surface, do not rub, and avoid soaking the leather.

Allow the shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Suede:

A naturally soft and porous material, highly absorbent and prone to stains. We recommend applying

high-quality suede-protectant spray before first wear (always to test on a small, hidden area first).

To remove dust or dirt, use a suede brush lift the residue, brushing in one direction, wipe off using dry, soft cloth, finish with a light brush to re-fluff the suede texture.

Hair-on Horsehide:

To remove any dust and debris, use a soft-bristle brush (like a shoe brush or soft toothbrush), brushing gently in the direction of the hair. If slightly dirty, wipe gently with a damp cloth, avoid soaking the leather. Allow the shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Storing your shoes:

To help maintain their shape and condition, we recommend to store the shoes in our dust-bag provided, and fill the shoes with tissue stuffing to help preserve their silhouette (especially when traveling), protecting them from pressure and creasing. Always store your shoes in a cool, dry place. Away from heat and direct sunlight.
